La'torias Hair is a hair salon with two locations: 32 Blue Street, Carmarthen, SA31 3LE (01267 229210) and 6 Banc Pendre, Kidwelly, SA17 4TA (01554 891601). We are responsible for any personal information you give us directly.

What this website collects

This website has no contact forms, accounts or comment sections, and we don't use analytics or advertising cookies. We don't ask for or store your personal details through the website itself.

Like any website, our web host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We don't use these to identify you.

Booking an appointment

Online bookings are made through Fresha, a third-party booking service. When you book, you give your details (such as name, phone number, email and appointment preferences) to Fresha, and we receive them so we can look after your appointment. Fresha handles your information under its own privacy policy, available on the Fresha website. If you book by phone or in the salon, we record the same details to manage your appointment, and we keep client records such as colour formulas and patch tests so we can look after your hair safely.

Third-party services on this website

• Google Fonts: our fonts are loaded from Google, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.
• Fresha: clicking a booking link takes you to Fresha's website.
• Instagram and Facebook: we link to our profiles. These platforms have their own privacy policies and may use cookies once you visit them.

This website doesn't set analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it.
